Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a cognitive behavioral treatment created by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D. to treat symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT is used to treat several mental health disorders including Anxiety, Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Insurance that we accept:
Please note: Philadelphia DBT is a private pay group of individual therapists in practice together. We do not accept insurance. If your insurance reimburses you for pre--paid treatment, our therapists are able to provide insurance receipts after payment for treatment has been issued.
We accept checks, as well as a variety of payment apps such as Venmo, Square, Zelle, PayPal, and others. Please speak with your individual or group therapist for details.

The Philadelphia DBT group is seeking a Licensed Fee-for-Service DBT Psychotherapist. The Licensed DBT therapist will provide Individual DBT therapy, lead or co-lead a DBT skills training group, provide phone coaching to DBT clients on their caseload and attend DBT consultation team meetings.
A current and active PA license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LPC or LMFT and 2 years experience in providing outpatient psychotherapy is required. Training and experience in providing DBT, experience in working in a private or group practice is preferred. For non-DBT trained Licensed psychotherapists training and supervision to provide DBT is available at a fee.
