Morgan Oliver, RYT
Morgan studied Exercise Science and Wellness Management and has a passion for helping individuals using a holistic approach. In 2016 she became a certified yoga teacher after completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Morgan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and also holds certifications in Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.
She is passionate about helping individuals feel less stuck, and empowered in their mind and body through movement and mindfulness. Morgan connects an integrative approach to healing and personal growth. Her understanding of health and wholeness makes her excited to share with you in your personal journey of mental wellness and self discovery
