Allison Whitmore, M.Ed, RYT

By coming here, you took the hardest and most important step towards healing. Whether you are feeling anxious or depressed or grieving a loss of a loved one or a relationship and you feel overwhelmed, we are here to help. I, Allison, provide 1-1, family, and/or couples counseling to individuals of diverse identities wanting to sift through and understand whatever is going on and getting in the way of their true self.

I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). I integrate my knowledge and background in mindfulness and self-compassion when working with clients. I take a human-centered approach when helping clients find growth and healing. Self-growth is possible! I am here to help you understand that.

I promote a safe space for you to tend to your most pressing thoughts and/or feelings that are causing you any amount of despair. I work from a foundation of mindfulness and empathetic awareness when interacting with those I work with
