Celeste DiTroia, LPC
I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to develop plans we are both comfortable with. I am fortunate that I have had the opportunity to work with many different populations and have assisted people in navigating a plethora of different issues. However, if I had to choose a few that I could say I specialize in they would be: anxiety, LGBTQ+, thought disorders, issues related to sex, and relationship discord. I received my Master's of Science in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University. My approach is strength-based, client-centered, nonjudgmental, and outcome-oriented.
I do not have a "specialty" per se, as I have worked and have extensive experience in a plethora of different modalities. I guess if I had to narrow it down, though, I would say DBT and working with individuals suffering from anxiety would be what I am most well versed in.
It doesn't matter your background, life experiences, identity of any kind, I am open to helping and supporting anyone who is willing to to be authentic and allow me to do the same, while holding the most compassionate and empathetic space for them.
