What is DBT?

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a cognitive behavioral treatment that was created by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D. to treat symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT is used to treat several mental health disorders including Anxiety, Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
