What is DBT?

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a cognitive-behavioral treatment created by Marsha Linehan, Ph.D. to treat symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT is used to treat several mental health disorders including Anxiety, Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
